The Position

• Convert leads that come into the business through the company 
• Prospect for new organic growth business
• Work closely with the property management & sales team
• Communicate with and service their current database
• Conduct market appraisals
• Emphasis on building quality not just quantity

The Criteria 

• Current PM Registration & driver's license   
• Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in the real estate or rental sector
• Strong networking skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
• A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
