We are now seeking a Business Improvement Specialist to lead and facilitate process improvement initiatives across the Provum Ventures group of brands; driving operational efficiency and supporting our continued success. In this fixed term (18-month), hands-on role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, including the Executive Leadership team and operational SMEs, to implement recognised continuous improvement methodologies that align with strategic priorities and deliver measurable value. Key Responsibilities:As the Business Improvement Specialist, your core responsibilities will include:Documenting current business processes using mapping tools, and supporting stakeholders through improvement methodologies.Conducting data analysis and facilitating workshops to identify opportunities for optimisation and design practical solutions based on best practice and compliance requirements.Developing and documenting efficient new processes aligned with governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, and collaborating with teams to embed improvements into day-to-day operations.Planning and overseeing the implementation of process changes, including change management activities, and providing training and support on updated processes and procedures.Monitoring the impact of changes and refining processes as needed, and leading regular process reviews to ensure alignment with organisational priorities. About You:We are seeking a driven and methodical professional with experience in delivering proven business process improvements and an appetite for designing sustainable processes that reflect best practice and the ever-changing landscapes we operate in.
The ideal candidate will bring:A tertiary qualification in Business, Management, or relevant field.Certification or practical experience in continuous improvement and change management.Strong commercial / financial acumen and experience with financial systems and reporting.Experience delivering process improvement projects in a similar role.Strong skills in process analysis, data interpretation, and mapping tools.High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and documentation skills.Confident facilitation skills and the ability to lead engaging workshops.A collaborative, independent, and adaptable working style, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Confidence in engaging stakeholders across all levels, including senior leaders.Familiarity with the operational needs of community services (aged care, disability, or similar) particularly in a growing medium-sized organisation (desirable).
