Business Operations Manager - Parks & Resorts

The Role

We’re on the hunt for a Business Operations Manager to oversee our growing Parks and Resorts Operations within our leased parks portfolio. This is a pivotal role where you’ll lead, mentor, and support Park Managers across multiple sites. You’ll play a key part in driving customer satisfaction, health and safety systems, ensuring smooth daily operations, managing and contributing to the continued success and growth of our parks.  

• Lead and mentor Park Managers to achieve operational KPIs.  
• Maximise sales revenue and profitability across the region & oversee financial budgets, ensuring targets are met.  
• Ensure consistent park presentation and maintenance standards including high standards of customer service.
• Implement and adhere to company policies and legal regulations.  
• Identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.  
• Implement strategies to enhance operational performance.  
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.  
• Develop team members through coaching and training programs.  

• Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2) & CPR Certificate.  
• Working with Children Check (or equivalent).  
• National Police Check.  

• Proven experience in leading and managing large teams.  
• Strong business planning and development skills.  
• Experience in budget management and financial forecasting.  
• Experience in implementing policies, procedures, and auditing processes.  
• Horticultural and grounds management knowledge.  
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.  
• A passion for the holiday park industry and guest experience.
