We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Process Coordinator Position to join our Business Process team. Position is based in the Sydney office.
Reporting to the Business Process Manager, we are looking for someone who has excellent communication, problem-solving, time management, teamwork, agility and organizational skills, attention to detail, and is precise with strong computer and systems skills. The person will be working on existing business processes in Australia to ensure that these business processes are as efficient as possible.
The BPIT Coordinator will also ensure that the introduction of any new business system from overseas to Australia is as efficient as possible and is implemented as smoothly as possible. Primary Job Responsibilities:
• Support users with business process deployment – communication to local users, identify pertinent issues & communicate to the global development team.
• Understand how the business process works & advise users accordingly on their work procedure requirements.
• Monitor & ensure that user profiles are created or updated.
• Manage & coordinate any global business requests from overseas.
• Assist with planning, testing implementing the introduction of new systems, system enhancements, new and adjusted business processes in Australia for all new business systems from ONE overseas, and ensure that their introduction is as smooth and efficient as possible
• Monitor data quality and address any concerns with users to ensure the required standards are maintained.
• Support Business Process Manager with a combination of on-site training programs and e-learning videos to ensure Australian users understand how to use the system and all associated processes effectively and efficiently.
• New ideas are continuously being initiated to improve business management processes or systems to ensure that all units in ONE can operate smoothly.
• Create new reports or dashboards to support Australian users. Understand user needs and ensure that new reports are effective and can be used as widely as possible.
Qualifications & Skills required:
o Participate in all compliance testing, anti-trust tutoring, and all/any other Company Learning Management Systems as required.
o Attention to detail and organization skills.
o Strong numeracy and computer skills
o Ability to prioritize time, meet deadlines.
o Good interpersonal skills in building positive working relationships with a wide range of people.
