Business Systems Analyst (Tech One)

This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading

WA Gov provider looking for a senior business systems analyst to work in a TechOne property and rating implementation project.

Our client is a great WA Council, who are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst with TechnologyOne experience and based in WA for a 3-month hourly rate engagement.

• 7.5 hours per day and 37.5 hours per week
• Perth Nothern Suburb location.
• Hybrid 1 to 2 days from home.
• $110,000 to $140,000 base plus 11.5% superannuation on an hourly rate contract, 37.5 hours. The rate of pay will be aligned with skills, experience, or expertise in TechOne platform and ideall if the person has experience in Property and rating implementation projects.
• Local Government Administration industry award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances and superannuation.

The successful candidate must have:

• Strong experience in TechOne platform.
• Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication for coordinating between different stakeholders, including team members, management, and external vendors
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and resources
• Technology Experience: Technology One is critical and essential for making informed decisions and guiding the team effectively.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Adept at identifying problems quickly and developing effective solutions to keep the project moving forward.
• Leadership and Team Management: Motivating the team, managing conflicts, delegate tasks appropriately, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Demonstratable experience in moving business processes to an ERP.
• Well-developed communication skills with an ability to provide a high quality of customer service.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and an ability to foster positive relationships both internally and externally.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.
• Developed organisational, time management and prioritisation skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in computing or management discipline and previous experience in an IT applications environment.
