We're growing — and we’re on the hunt for a passionate Café Manager to lead our vibrant team!

• At least two years' experience in a similar role

• Food handling certification/Food Safety Supervisor

• Qualified barista skills, or solid experience across all café beverages

• Strong leadership skills — you know how to inspire and empower a team

• Ability to coach and mentor junior staff

• High personal standards in customer service, communication, and presentation

• A genuine love of food — you’re a true foodie!

• Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the café

• Be a passionate advocate for great coffee — both drinking and making it!

• Manage inventory, place prompt orders, and handle receiving

• Create and manage staff rosters

• Ensure all café equipment is maintained in top condition

• Prepare café-style food safely and efficiently

• Perform opening and closing duties, including daily reconciliations
