Cooks

We’re after someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with experience in busy kitchens, canteens, food trucks, or similar settings. You’ll be confident cooking on grills, following recipes, and using pre-portioned ingredients. The ability to multitask under pressure, work as part of a team, and build strong relationships with kitchen and front-of-house staff is key. Training will be provided to prepare food the Vili’s way. Energy, reliability, and a passion for great food are a must!

Shifts:

·         Afternoons and nights/early mornings x 4 shifts per week (Flexibility is key!)

Front of House

We’re looking for friendly, customer-focused individuals to play a key role in delivering outstanding service while helping prepare and serve delicious, high-quality food. Perfect for those who thrives in a warm, welcoming environment and takes pride in great customer service. 

Shifts:

·         6pm – 2am 3-4 days per week, includes weekends (Blair Athol)

·         10am – 2:30pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (Mile End)
