Cafe supervisor/Barista

Latte on the rocks cafe in Parramatta is looking for an experience cafe supervisor to join our team

Key responsibilities:

• Overseeing front of house staff and daily cafe operations
• excellent customer service and communication skills
• Creating and implementing strategies for customer satisfaction and profitability
• Planning specials of the day with kitchen staff and the manager
• Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
• Ensuring customers get the best experience
• Must have barista experience

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $62,322.00 – $63,967.00 per year
