We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Contact Centre Representative to join our team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for the community, addressing enquiries and concerns related to company services. Your ability to provide accurate information, log data efficiently, and deliver excellent customer service will be essential to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from the community regarding rates, waste management and company services.
  • Respond to enquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately log and update data for record-keeping and follow-up purposes.
  • Provide clear and consistent information about company services, policies, and procedures.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments as needed, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address service delivery challenges and improve processes.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to explain information clearly.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in logging data and maintaining records.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive and problem-solving approach to customer enquiries.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment
