Call Centre Agent – Growth Opportunity to Supervisor

We’re building a brand-new Call Centre in South Melbourne and looking for a motivated Call Centre Agent to be part of this exciting journey. This role offers a clear pathway to a supervisory position as the team expands perfect for someone with leadership potential who wants to grow their career!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Handle inbound and outbound Charity calls.
• Assist in setting up call centre processes and best practices.
• Work closely with management to shape the future of the call centre.
• Meet performance targets and contribute to a positive team culture.
• As the team grows, take on more leadership responsibilities, including training and mentoring new agents.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a call centre.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with leadership aspirations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems (preferred).
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting.

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Supplementary Pay:
