Location: Bankstown, NSW
Salary Package: $60-65k + Super 
Role Highlights: Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and professional customer service expert to become the main point of contact for their valued customers. In this role, you’ll handle enquiries via phone, email, and live chat while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You’ll also be responsible for a variety of administrative duties, including data entry and maintaining customer records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers, offer solutions, and ensure a positive experience
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional service to customers, delivering positive outcomes
  • Complete general admin tasks including accurate data entry and maintaining up-to-date records
  • Ensure internal customer databases are kept accurate and current
  
Candidate Profile:

To be successful in this position, you will have experience in a high-volume contact centre environment and demonstrate:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high-volume call centre setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in admin and data-related tasks
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Confidence when engaging with stakeholders at various levels
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment
  • Genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
