Our story. It started in 2015 with a family and their challenge to find disability support that worked for them. They needed more and knew that people with disability could have greater independence, choice, and control in their lives. As Hireup grew, it became clear that older Australians faced many of the same challenges in accessing the right support. Today, Hireup is proud to deliver personalised, high-quality support through home care for older Australians, enabling them to live with dignity, independence, and connection to their community.

Since 2015, we’ve facilitated over 100,000 support connections, with 83% of clients reporting a positive impact on their lives. The role - Home Care Manager (Aged Care)
As Hireup’s first Care Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to older people in accordance with the Aged Care Act 2024. You will be responsible for establishing, maintaining and improving robust processes, procedures and systems to ensure the safe delivery of care to older people as Hireup builds a presence in the aged care sector. This role plays a critical role in coordinating home care services, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, while fostering a supportive and safe environment for clients and their families.
