Care Manager - Relocate to Canberra!

We are looking for an experienced Care Manager to join a welcoming & supportive Aged Care provider based in Canberra, ACT. 

As Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical assessments, care planning, and risk management to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care.

Working alongside the Facility Manager and another Care Manager, you’ll play a key role in fostering a positive team culture, building strong relationships with residents, families, and staff, managing clinical budgets, and driving continuous improvement across the service.

The Benefits:

• Excellent hourly rate: $60 per hour + Super
• Relocation Support available to assist with your move!
• Permanent, full time role: Monday - Friday (no weekend work!)
• Work closely with an experienced and established Facility Manager & additional Care Manager 
• Large, fully accredited facility with high occupancy rates

The Requirements:  

• AHPRA Registered Nurse with experience as a Care Manager in residential aged care
• Strong understanding of Aged Care standards with experience leading a facility through accreditation
• The ability to lead and motivate a clinical team 
• Excellent written and verbal skills communication skills 
• Full Australian working rights
