A fantastic opportunity is now available for an experienced Carpenter to join our team.

The opportunity

You will bring a high level of professionalism, maturity and customer service to lead our team on current and future projects.

This position is ideally suited to someone with strong carpentry and leading hand experience and will have a wide and varied remit that is well suited to an enthusiastic, reliable, honest and highly customer focused based individual to manage various projects and contractors.

Requirements

• Unrestricted Australian working rights
• Relevant carpentry trade OR
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience
• Excellent time management, organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task with a proactive mindset
• Current valid drivers license & ability to travel as required

Duties

• Everyday general carpentry duties, formwork, steel fixing, framing
• Management of other subcontractors
• Scheduling & planning
• Manage resource hours on site
• Monitor and report on progress
• Work closely with contractors for order delivery and work to be undertaken
• Ensure safe work policy and procedure adherence
• Communicate with Client, PM Construction Manager, Suppliers etc. as Required
• Other duties as assigned/required

SALARY – 75,000.00 plus superannuation
