Job Description
We currently have an opportunity for a multiple full-time Carpenters to join our in-House trades team and work with us on our South Australian Housing Trust contract.
We are looking for a motivated Carpenters to join our team in Adeladie. You will perform routine carpentry maintenance for the South Australian Housing Trust’s In-House Trades Team. This role requires skilled trade work to meet high stakeholder standards while ensuring a safe environment for colleagues, tenants, and the public. Success relies on proactive communication with internal stakeholders and achieving outcomes aligned with scheduled key performance indicators.
Key duties also involve
Ensures high standards of workmanship are maintained and that quality standards pertaining to trades services are metEnsures all work completed meets relevant legislative or industry standardsPlan and schedule own work to meet required timelines and outputsFollow policies and procedures as relevant to scope of role and general employment

About You
Demonstrated experience in Carpentry trade required5 years’ experience in maintenance related position as a qualified trades personCurrent South Australian Carpentry LicenseCurrent White CardCurrent First Aid Certificate (preferred)Unrestricted Drivers License
