Carpenter

LA Build are seeking experienced Carpenters, to join our team in the construction of new homes, roof replacements, structures, renovations, and maintenance works, for remote and urban building sites across the Northern Territory.

Purpose of the Position:
Responsible for installing, inspecting, diagnosing, maintaining and repairing construction material, ensuring work is done to company standards and excellent service delivered to clients.

Criteria:

• Availability to work in remote and urban locations across the Northern Territory.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to provide own suitable transport and basic carpentry tools.
• Relevant certifications and qualifications in carpentry & construction.
• Demonstrated knowledge of applicable OH&S.
• Training in working safely at heights.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Proven history of reliability and punctuality.
• Ability to work under pressure, with limited supervision.
• Work well in a team environment.
• Experience working in a residential and commercial environment.
• Demonstrate excellent work ethics and flexibility.
• Work within time constraints without compromising high standards.
• Always honest and trustworthy.
• Willing and able to learn new skills and utilise them on the job.
