Job Title: Qualified Carpenter / Joiner – Immediate Start (Residential & Bespoke Work)

Location: Eastern Suburbs of Sydney (Workshop based in Botany)

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Carpenter / Joiner to join our growing team, with all work located in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney and a fully equipped workshop based in Botany. This is a full-time opportunity with long-term potential for the right candidate, ideal for someone passionate about quality craftsmanship in residential carpentry and bespoke joinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Residential carpentry including 1st and 2nd fix work

• Bespoke joinery including custom cabinetry, wardrobes, and shelving

• Installation of kitchens, staircases, doors, skirting, and flooring

• Reading and interpreting detailed drawings and design plans

• Working in both workshop and on-site settings

• Ensuring all work meets high standards of finish and safety

Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential carpentry and bespoke joinery (minimum 3 years)

• Relevant qualifications (e.g. Certificate III in Carpentry or Joinery)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to top-quality workmanship

• Own tools and PPE

• Valid White Card (Construction Induction)

• Ability to start immediately

• Full driving license and own transport (preferred)
