About the Business and the Role

Shamrock is one of the largest commercial carpet cleaning and flood & mould remediation service providers in NSW, servicing a range of Government and corporate clients.

Due to continual growth in our business, we are looking to recruit a team player that brings with them excellent customer service skills, pride in their work and an opportunity to earn great money to get yourself ahead in life. 

We provide Carpet Cleaning, flood damage and Mould remediation services to most public schools across the NSW region. You will work at a different locations daily, so you will never get bored going to the same place day after day. 

To give you an example of the weekly pay structure if you work the following hours you will earn:

40 Hours - $1140 PW

45 Hours - $1353 PW

50 Hours - $1567 PW

55 Hours - $1781 PW

60 Hours - $1995 PW

70 Hours - $2422 PW

If you want to get yourself ahead in life financially, then this is the job for you. How much you earn is completely up to you as we have consistent overtime (up to 30 hours per week if you choose to). 

With the current financial situation in Australia this is the perfect job for anyone who needs more money to survive or simply wants to be able to purchase their first home. We always have overtime and how much you earn depends on how much you want to work. We are proud to say that after a couple of years of hard work, a number of Shamrock staff members now own their own home.

Experience is not essential as we prefer people looking for a career change and wanting to try something new. You will receive hands-on training via our Shamrock Modular Training programme.

Other valuable information about this position:

• 38hr working week -Tuesday to Saturday with Regular overtime.
• The hours are generally 6:00am to 6:00pm Tuesday to Friday and 6am to 4pm on Saturdays. 
• This is an active role, so you will be required to be of sound fitness.
• You will require a driver's license.
• You will need to pass a Working with Children check and obtain a Federal Police clearance.
• Full time staff regularly earn between $80 000 and $110 000 per annum as we always have lots of work and regular overtime is available 
• Ideal for a local candidate, we travel all over Sydney and Regional NSW.
• Travel is paid from our Warehouse based in Narellan until you return, so you get paid to travel to and from site.
• Required to travel to regional NSW once every five weeks (everyone rotates these runs, and we are flexible when you can go away) 
• Immediate start for the right candidate
