About the commission
We are Australia’s trade remedies authority - the Anti-Dumping Commission. The commission is responsible for undertaking investigations into allegations of unfair international trade practices involving goods entering Australia and administering Australia’s anti-dumping legislation. About the branch
The commission’s Investigations Branch is made up four investigations teams and a quality assurance and verification team. The branch undertakes highly technical anti-dumping and subsidy investigations. Investigations teams engage with a wide range of stakeholders and prepare reports that apply relevant legislation, policy and practice. Investigations teams conduct detailed research and complex analysis of financial and economic data. Investigations are subject to potential merits, judicial and World Trade Organization review.

The role of a Case Manager is to lead cases according to the commission’s quality and risk management practices. In addition to staff within their own teams, Case Managers are supported by multi-disciplinary teams including policy, quality assurance and legal advisory teams with subject matter expertise.

EligibilityTo be eligible for employment in the APS and the department, candidates must be Australian Citizens.
Positions require a Baseline security clearance and successful candidates will be required to obtain and maintain a clearance at this level.
