Position Overview:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic casual educators to join our casual team. As a casual educator, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of services gaining valuable experience, and contributing to the growth and development of young minds.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children.
• Engage in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
• Monitor children's well-being and respond to their needs promptly.
• Maintain open communication with parents and caregivers.
• Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Early Childhood Teachers or currently working towards
• Blue Card or  willing to obtain
• Genuine passion for working with children and contributing to their growth.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude.
• Flexibility to work across different childcare centers and adapt to various environments.
• Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificate/s (ACECQA Approved) or be willing to obtain.
