Casual Hotel Receptionist/Guest Service Agent

We are currently seeking a Casual Guest Service Agent/Hotel Receptionist.

What we are looking for:

• A customer service focused individual, with strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation

• A passionate person who can make both their colleagues and guests smile

• Someone with apparent energy and a positive attitude, that they will bring with them to every single shift 

• Prior experience in Hospitality & or customer service industry

• Previous experience with Protel or similar highly regarded

• Australian working rights with the ability to work across a varied roster including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holiday

• Ability to assist across other departments of the Hotel when required.

As our next Guest Service Agent, you will:

• Greet and check in/out guests with a warm and welcoming attitude

• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and local area

• Manage phone calls, email enquiries, reservations, and guest requests

• Assist with administrative duties, including invoicing and record-keeping maintaining Guest Accounts.

• Ensure the lobby area is clean, presentable, and inviting

• Resolve any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency

• Communicate efficiently and effectively with other employees, departments and guests.

• Assist with other area's of the Hotel as required.
