Casual Housekeeping/Cleaning/Laundry in Aged Care - North Sydney

The roles:

We have part time and casual roles at North Sydney facility in the Housekeeping team - Cleaning and/or Laundry.

Their primary function is to support and to provide housekeeping services to ensure a clean, and pleasant environment for the residents of James Milson Village, North Sydney in compliance with company procedures and according to relevant professional standards. Additionally, ensuring that laundry is washed, neatly folded, and prepared for delivery. Launder ad hoc items, as required including, curtains, tablecloths, uniforms etc.

Who we are looking for:

• You will be a team player, friendly, motivated and energetic
• Excellent customer service skills
• High attention to detail and ensuring a clean and hygienic environment for our residents
• Understanding of and experience with infection control procedures.
• Experience safely handling relevant chemicals and cleaning products.
• Demonstrated ability to follow safe manual handling policies and procedures.
• Professional, friendly disposition, and have the ability to remain calm in a busy aged care home
• Self-motivated, trustworthy, takes pride in your personal appearance.
• Strive for excellence in care and service for our people
