Casual Relief Teacher

We have opportunities for Casual Relief Teaching staff in both the Primary and Secondary areas of the College.

We are seeking talented and engaging Primary and Secondary Casual Relief Teachers who are highly organised and enthusiastic, with expertise in their specific areas of teaching. They will also have a strong commitment to the philosophy and practice of Christian education.

Our CRTs create a positive and disciplined learning environment in the classroom, in co-curricular activities and in informal interactions with students. Classroom teachers are trusted professionals, responsible for the care, learning and wellbeing of students.

About the College

Plenty Valley Christian College (PVCC) is a kindergarten to Year 12, co-educational Christian College with more than 950 students. We are one College with five sub-schools: Kindergarten, Early Years, Junior Years, Middle Years and Senior Years.

The College is set in a magnificent semi rural area with spectacular views to the ranges. PVCC is committed to developing high quality, effective Christian education and is an active member of a national network of Christian schools in Australia known as Christian Education National. We are committed to the establishment of a close partnership with parents in the education of their children. Skills & Qualifications

• The ability to model Christian ethics and activity
• Must hold recognised tertiary qualifications in relevant field
• Current VIT registration
• Outstanding teaching skills
• Experience in a similar role highly desirable, but not essential
