An opportunity has opened for an experienced Category Manager – Technology Procurement to lead strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and cost optimisation in a complex, high-value environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute technology procurement strategies across software, hardware, and IT services;
• Lead high-value negotiations to drive cost savings, supplier performance, and risk management;
• Identify and implement innovative sourcing solutions to support business transformation;
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across finance, legal, IT, and operations to ensure alignment with strategic objectives; and
• Maintain compliance with procurement policies, governance frameworks, and industry regulations.

Key Requirements:

• Strong procurement/category management experience, with a focus on technology sourcing;
• Expertise in contract negotiations, supplier relationship management, and risk mitigation;
• Proven ability to drive cost efficiency and value creation in large-scale procurement;
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships; and
• Knowledge of industry regulations, data security, and legal considerations in tech procurement.
