We are currently looking for an experienced E-commerce & Social Media Assistant to join the Chemist Warehouse Asia team based at our Huntingwood DC/Office in Sydney.

About the Role

As an E-Commerce & Social Media Assistant, you will support the management of our online store, optimize product listings, and assist with content creation and social media engagement. You will play a key role in executing our digital strategy, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing brand visibility on TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and other platforms.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist in managing TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Optimise product listings (titles, descriptions, pricing, images, and keywords) for better visibility and conversions.
• Track and update inventory, promotions, and pricing to stay competitive.
• Monitor customer inquiries and reviews, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
• Analyse trends and help create viral content to boost brand awareness.
• Track key e-commerce and social media metrics (sales, traffic, engagement, etc.).
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders in the Group, which includes the CEO, managers, and other staff personnel.

About You

• Experience in e-commerce and social media marketing in Asia (especially in TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada).
• Strong understanding of Asian consumer behaviours and digital trends.
• Computer savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools.
• Fluency in English with additional language skills preferred.
• Passion for beauty, health, and wellness products is a plus!
