For more information about this role, please view the Position Description About You You hold current working rights in Australia – please note that CCLHD does not provide visa sponsorship for this position.You have a minimum of 12 months aged care nursing experience, ideally within a hospital setting.You are currently registered with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse. You demonstrate competent clinical skills aligned with the Registered Nurse Standards of Practice.You have strong abilities in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.You are confident in working within a multidisciplinary team environment, and collaborate effectively with colleagues, patients, and carers.You possess the ability to delegate and supervise Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Assistants in Nursing (AINs) according to their scope of practice.You are committed to ongoing professional development and participate in performance reviews.
