At Happy Hearts, our children come first. We have created a safe, inspiring and nurturing environment that allows children to begin their journey of self-discovery. We help them build their confidence, self awareness and emotional intelligence.

We care for children from 6 weeks to Kindergarten. We are a growing family business that takes pride in our Centre's and offer the best possible outcomes to our families. Our brand new service is looking for a qualified and experienced admin to join our team.

We are a brand new Centre that opened in August 2024! 

With outstanding design features and engaging environments. We pride ourselves in providing the utmost high quality care. We endeavour to connect with our community and establish long lasting relationships.

The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities will include managing office operations, good phone manner, management of accounts and debt, coordinating schedules, and supporting the Management team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. We value a positive attitude and a passion for contributing to a supportive and friendly work environment. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required, as we are willing to train the right person.
