About the Organisation We’re looking for a passionate and experienced leader to guide a Brand New beautifully built service, set to open soon! This is your chance to step into a Centre Director role where you’ll be empowered, appreciated, and genuinely supported.
You will have a highly experienced and supportive Area Manager who values collaboration, provides guidance and does not micromanage. What's more exciting is, that you will get to be part of the process working closely with the area manager even before it opens! As part of your leadership team, you will have daily assistance from a full-time Assistant Director who shares your responsibilities, as well as support from a dedicated Educational Leader focused on programming and curriculum.

- Sound understanding of the Early Learning Years Framework
- Sound understanding of service compliance
- Experience in staff rostering
- Qikkids software or similar
- Strong understanding and experience in performance management
- Experience in financial reporting and budgeting
- Building a positive partnership with families
Qualifications and Skills - Diploma of Children Services or Bachelor of Early Childhood (ACECQA recognised),

MUST have at least 2-3 years full time experience as a centre director capacity or higher in a medium size service
- Current WWCC or VIT
- Updated First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma
- High Level of written and verbal communication
- Strong understanding and application in staff management
