Certificate 3 Educator

We are a family-owned early childhood care centre dedicated to nurturing children’s independence, confidence, and love for learning. Our philosophy emphasises agency and autonomy, creating an environment where each child feels valued and empowered to explore the world around them.

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join our vibrant team in our Nursery Room.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation of play-based learning programs that promote children’s curiosity and creativity
• Foster strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and the community
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children thrive
• Mentor and collaborate with team members, supporting their professional development
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety guidelines

About You:

• Cert 3 in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent qualification)
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading in a early childhood setting
• Strong knowledge of child development, inclusive practices, and early years frameworks
• A deep passion for fostering children’s autonomy and sense of agency
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Current First Aid certification and Working with Children Check

Pay: $27.00 – $29.00 per hour
