This role is central to the Retention Equity Program (REP) and will spearhead the design and implementation of the Student Service SPOT – a university-wide, multi-channel student service centre. Position Requirements

  • Knowledge of best-practice change management principles.
  • Understanding of workforce planning principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of higher education environments, and particularly the factors contributing to student success.
  • Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or extensive experience and management expertise; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
