About the role
This newly formed role will play a pivotal role in delivering the transformation strategy for the business through developing and implementing change management plans that ensure a smooth and seamless transition for the team and customers.
The core focus of the role is on engagement and ensuring adoption of new ways of working through a new ERP system. Another element of the change is the existing head office currently based in Scoresby will be relocating to Chadstone. With a new CEO and a new vision forming, this is a pivotal time to be a key driver in the Change that will realise the 2030 vision. Although the role reports to the HR Leader, there will be a dotted line to the project leader.
About you
The ideal candidate for this role will bring deep experience in Change Management, ideally you will come from a Retail or Consumer goods background and have experience in Technology and System change in a people centric environment. Equally, you will have experience in a similar size organisation of under 500 people with a geographically dispersed workforce.
