We are seeking an experienced
SAP Change Manager to join our client's team on an exciting journey as they begin a large-scale
SAP S/4HANA Transformation. This contract offers the opportunity to work with a leading Australian company and focus on
Organisation Redesign/Role Mapping for SAP Release 1, as well as supporting change planning for Release 2.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop business context to shape training delivery strategies.
- Collaborate with the systems integrator to understand the overall change strategy and planning.
- Create and execute an end-user training plan aligned with the defined strategy.
- Lead Organisation Redesign/Role Mapping activities for the SAP Release 1.
- Support the change planning and stakeholder engagement for SAP Release 2.
- Ensure minimal disruption to business-as-usual (BAU) operations during the transformation.
Experience Required: - Proven experience in creating and executing a SAP Change Management Strategy.
- Ability to assess business readiness for change and implement an effective action plan.
- Expertise in managing cultural and behavioral change within large organizations.
- Facilitate productive workshops and discussions with staff and stakeholders.
- Support stakeholders in adopting and embracing change to meet objectives.
- Assist in developing training and educational materials for user adoption.
- Experience in navigating business challenges and aligning interdependent activities.
- Prior experience in Change Management on SAP implementation projects/programs is essential.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA programs is highly desirable.
