The Channel Communications Coordinator is responsible for sourcing and developing communications to be distributed across Chisholm’s internal and external channels.
This role is responsible for copywriting and content generation for a range of owned and earned channels, including newsletters, social media, website, print, video, digital media, and more.
This position builds strong and positive working relationships with all internal business and delivery areas and will also engage with a wide variety of external stakeholder groups including students, media and agency partners.
Work may be required outside of standard business hours to support event delivery.
ABOUT YOU
You will have a relevant degree and relevant experience or less formal qualifications with substantial communications experience and knowledge or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education or training along with the following essential skills and experience:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal, written and digital) with proven ability to write and edit content matched to diverse audience needs, often concurrently
- Competency in the development and management of accurate, timely and high-quality communication materials for print and digital execution across various channels
- Stakeholder management experience with the ability to positively motivate and influence others
- Proven ability to exercise independent judgment, problem-solving and decision-making
- Good understanding of data analysis, reporting methodologies with competency at reporting insights and recommendations
- Ability to conduct, interpret and clearly present research and information (qualitative and quantitative
- Understanding of social media content creation and community management with excellent project management skills and attention to detail
- A high level of enthusiasm, flexibility, self-motivation, professionalism, initiative as well as being a collaborative team player
