About the Project

Olympic Dam Mine in South Australia is growing!!!

The Redpath team will be adding a 4th and 5th Olympic dam Portal and declines from surface starting in July 2025.

With this growth, we are needing experienced Charge Up Operators to join the team!

Successful applicants will be challenged and rewarded with competitive remuneration packages on offer. A demonstrable strong culture of training and internal promotion will ensure new employees reach their potential quickly while working in one the largest uranium and copper mine.

It is anticipated that you will be an experienced Charge Up Operator/Shotfirer and looking to work with Global Underground mining company.

The position is full time and long-term with full job security, holidays and sick leave accrued. You will receive ongoing support and training and enjoy the following benefits:

• Great hourly rates + super paid on all hours

• Working on 2 weeks on 2 weeks off roster rotating day and night shift.

• FIFO available from all capital cities.

• Residential allowance for Roxby Downs Locals.

What you will bring:

• Previous experience working underground. 

• 2+ Years’ experience with development charging 

Must Have: 

• Current SA blasting licence

• A work ethic and attitude in keeping with Redpath's motto Consider it done — safely.
