At Mungari

Our Mungari Gold Operations are a cornerstone asset located 28km west from central Kalgoorlie, Western Australia (WA) and 600km east of Perth. Mungari has a predominantly residential workforce, with many living in Kalgoorlie Boulder, giving many employees the luxury of coming home every day.

This roster will be 7:7 and a 12 hour day. Residential Kalgoorlie or FIFO from Perth.

About the role

The primary purpose of the Charge Up Operator is for safe preparation and set up of charges in ore stopes / development headings as required

Fulfil the Shotfirer and Dangerous Goods and Explosives handling statutory obligations

Fulfil Magazine Controlling obligations

Ensure re-entries are done as per procedures

Hole casing as required

Complying with and undertaking additional / alternative responsibilities as reasonably assigned by the Supervisor

About you

It is important that you have previous Charge Up experience , currently hold a Valid WA shot firing certification, Ikon training & Dangerous Good Security Card and have the following attributes;

Dedicated to contributing towards quality work outcomes

Ability to work well within a team environment

Commitment to promoting a safe work environment at all times

Ability to work a 7:7 roster (12 hour- days and nights)

Current "C" Class Western Australian Drivers Licence
