We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our culinary team at Kitchen on Bay. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of preparing high-quality dishes that reflect our commitment to excellence. The chef will also be responsible for developing new recipes and staying current with culinary trends to ensure our menu remains innovative and exciting.
Benefits
Salary: $65k to $85k per annum plus superannuation
Tasks & responsibilities
- Menu Planning - daily specials
- Costing, budgeting & ordering
- Management, selection and training of staff
- Preparing & cooking food, managing & service
- OH&S / Food Safety standards compliance
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Chef
- Diploma or equivalent in related field
- Excellent time management abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven management skills
