We are seeking a passionate Fulltime Chef to join our vibrant team at Camp Cove Kiosk in Watsons Bay, NSW. You will play a crucial role in delivering Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at our beachside restaurant.

Description

-Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a consistently high standard

- Menu creation and development using seasonal produce

- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

- Collaborate with Front of House team to ensure smooth service

- Onboarding and training of new kitchen staff

- Special Event Catering

Requirements

-AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)

- Minimum 2 years experience

- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and presentation

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Passion for food and delivering high quality dishes
