• Expected salary: $58,000 - $75,000 per year

We are currently recruiting for a Chef to join our wonderful team in Woolloongabba, working 38 hours a week Monday to Friday, on a permanent basis with a salary of $58,000 - $75,000 dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities

● Menu execution and food preparation to superior standards

● Adhere to budget requirements, managing inventory of stock

● Model high standards of performance and behaviour

● Maintain health and Hygiene in the kitchen

● Adhere to food safety procedure

Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required

● Commercial Cookery Certificate or equivalent

● 2 years’ experience in a similar role preferred

● Able to work in a fast paced environment

● Solid understanding of cooking techniques with a flair for modern presentation

● Passion and commitment to delivering high quality food

● Demonstrate excellence, breadth of experience and relevant work history across a range of environments

● A strong communicator, who can easily interact with customers, clients, team members and senior management

● Must have a visa with full Australian working rights
