Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and execute high-quality dishes with consistency and precision
Lead, train, and manage kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Design seasonal menus and specials that reflect Italian culinary traditions
Maintain food cost and inventory control in line with budget goals
Ensure strict compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Collaborate with restaurant management to maintain high customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of professional culinary experience,
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training is preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain high standards
