As the largest sporting stadium in the Southern Hemisphere, with a capacity of over 100,000, the MCG is renowned for hosting Australian Football League (AFL) games, international cricket matches, world-class concerts, and exclusive events. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead our bustling production kitchen operations. With responsibility for a team of up to 60 chefs per shift, you’ll combine your high-end culinary expertise and large-scale production experience with strong commercial acumen to meet the demands of this diverse and fast-paced environment.
