Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Chef de Partie at Melrose Restaurant & Rooftop Bar. The Chef de Partie will be responsible for preparing meals, supervising junior staff, managing food inventory, and ensuring the quality and presentation of dishes.
QualificationsCulinary skills, including food preparation and cooking techniquesKnowledge of kitchen equipment and toolsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume productionAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsTeam player with good communication and leadership skillsExperience working in a restaurant or hospitality industryFormal culinary training or certificate is a plus
