About Our Client:

Our Client is apart of the manufacturing arm of Australias largest independent Polyurethane Systems House. WorkPac are seeking a safety minded worker to assist them in their warehouse as a Chemical plant operator and Store-person

What you will be doing:

Chemical Processing and Mixing

• Operate reactors, mixers, and blending equipment to manufacture polyurethane products.
• Measure and weigh raw chemical ingredients following batch instructions (recipes).
• Monitor temperature, pressure, and reaction times for quality and safety.

Quality Control

• Take samples during or after processing for lab analysis.

Equipment Operation and Maintenance

• Operate pumps, valves, and instrumentation panels.

Forklift Operation

• Load and unload raw materials and finished goods using a forklift.
• Move drums, IBCs, and pallets between storage, production, and dispatch areas.
• handling chemicals, following batch card loading tanks up, mixing temps, samples, labelling, some forklift. Filter changing

What you will need

• Driver License
• Forklift license
• Previous chemical experience
