Position Summary: Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Clinical Officer will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of clinical services across SCCTAS. This role ensures the highest standards of care, compliance with regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement in clinical quality, safety, and performance. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement clinical strategies aligned with SCCTAS's mission and values.Provide executive-level leadership for all clinical and care services.Lead the review and evolution of the clinical governance framework.Ensure a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality care delivery.Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement evidence-based best practices.Drive risk management strategies and incident response processes.Lead accreditation and compliance activities.Collaborate with the Board, Executive Team, and stakeholders to enhance clinical service delivery. The Ideal Candidate:Holds clinical qualifications to degree level or equivalent with current AHPRA registration.Extensive experience in a senior clinical leadership role within aged care, hospital, or health services.Strong knowledge of aged care quality standards, compliance requirements, and clinical governance.Proven track record in leading change, service innovation, and workforce development.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
