Chief Executive Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and purpose-driven leader who can guide TLG through its next phase of growth and impact. As CEO, you will provide strategic leadership, drive operational excellence, and foster a positive, high-performing culture. Key responsibilities include overseeing strategic planning, program impact, stakeholder engagement, financial management, and organisational growth. You’ll represent TLG with government, donors, schools, and community partners, while ensuring the wellbeing and development of our staff and volunteers.
