About the OpportunityKimberley Land Council (KLC) is looking for a full-time Chief Financial Officer (CFO) based in Broome, Western Australia.
Overseeing a team of seven and supervising the Senior Finance Officer, this role is responsible for leading the financial operations of the KLC, including financial management, budgeting, and compliance to support the strategic objectives of the organisation.
More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
To qualify, you will need relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Financial Management with CPA, CA, or IPA status. A minimum of senior-level operational leadership and organisational management experience in a complex or diverse organisation, preferably in the not-for-profit sector, will also be essential. Demonstrated experience managing finance, accounting, budgets, and financial reporting is also required.
