A bit about the role:

We are scaling the business globally and are now looking for a platform Chief of Staff to help drive forward some of Immutable's biggest strategic projects. This role supports the co-founder/Chief Technology Officer and Chief Commercial Officer, helping scale an increasingly complex product/engineering/design and GTM function. These two teams represent the majority of Immutable’s platform business.

Effective execution in this role will directly impact Immutable becoming the #1 web3 gaming ecosystem.

As the PED/GTM Chief of staff, you will have a seat at the executive table and visibility across all the key decisions made at the company. You’ll help to scale an increasingly complex product/engineering/design and GTM function. You will love this job if you want to work in an environment of high change and cutting-edge technology. You will be part of transforming multi-billion dollar gaming and marketplace companies. You will have the opportunity to:
  • Lead the most strategic cross-functional projects for our platform business.
  • Manage leadership operations
  • maximise the effectiveness of the Product and GTM Exec team in key forums.
  • Lead platform-wide strategic planning processes, including goal-setting.

This also means driving rhythms and crafting content that circulates up to the board level.

  • Help strategise and enact change across multiple teams.
  • Improve communication across platform leadership and to the rest of the company.
  • Work with the PED and GTM functions to develop and implement customer-centric features and improvements.
  • Lead and manage complex, strategic cross-functional projects.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing functions to ensure that customer needs and preferences are being addressed in the company's go-to-market strategy.
  • Lead strategic planning process, including OKRs.
  • Improve communication across the leadership team and wider company
  • in particular, due to the increasing complexity of the hybrid working environment.
We would love you to have:
  • 5+ years of work experience in high-performing environments.
  • Strategic product thinker
  • you have had input and visibility into important product decisions previously.
  • Experience working with Product Managers & Engineers, leading initiatives that support their departments.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives between GTM and PED teams.
  • Strong track record of being executional, hands-on and have a high propensity to get things done.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualisation tools.
  • Capable of influencing key decisions amongst executive cohort and business lines.
  • Experience driving projects forward and tasks to closure.
  • Expertise in facilitating effective collaboration across the leadership team and their direct reports.
  • Strong attention to detail while juggling many different projects.
  • Ability to effectively and quickly synthesise disparate information into clear recommendations, actions and decisions.
