Child Care Worker
We currently have a position open for a Child Care Worker, Diploma qualified, to assist our Room Leaders to work smoothly to ensure our children continue along their individual care and development paths.
Our Lead Educator Extraordinaire will:
- Want to support children to explore, develop and grow through play
- Have respect for the capability of children and their interests in learning through their own view of the world
- Be accomplished at forming reassuring relationships with families, children, Early Childhood professionals and the wider community that is built on trust and mutual respect

- Be ready to implement contemporary evidence-informed pedagogy; and
- Be relentless in their pursuit for excellence for children.
PLUS meet the following essential requirements:
An ACECQA-approved Diploma of Children’s Services (or higher)
- At least 1 year of work experience in similar role
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates
- Valid Working with Children's Check
- Be available to work Monday to Friday, up to 38 hours per week
- Be flexible to work all shifts the centre is open

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: $64,000.00 – $68,000.00 per year
