- Qualified Assistant and Second In Charge

Casual-- Across the 3-day week (Tuesday to Friday)

Earn up to $43 per hour, plus Superannuation at 11.5%
- Up to 10-15hrs per week

About your new role
- Have the means to drive to and from work in a motor vehicle.
- Have fun, and deliver rewarding programs that guide children to explore, ignite curiosity, learn and play at our OSHC.
- Deliver truly remarkable experiences for children, families, and staff.
- Support and lead the program planning, preparation, and service delivery to company and regulatory standards and policies.
- Document the delivery of the educational program, children's interests and assessments of their learning and development needs with support systems in place.
- Support and delivery of industry standard requirements (NQF, Child Care Regulations)
- Provide and support a caring environment that is safe, clean, and nurturing for families and the school community.
- Ability to create respectful relationships with children, families and school community.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and communication skills.
- Be open, caring and engaged with our team to help drive our goals and values of giving every child the best caring environment.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the OSHC or childcare industry is ideal but not essential.
- Working towards or hold an approved Diploma Level qualification or completed a minimum Diploma level qualification in either the Early Years, Disability Care, School Aged, Education or Allied Health sector.
- Hold a First Aid level 4 certificate or be willing to complete.
- Willing to complete the Child Safe Training (CHCPRT025) prior to employment.
- Hold a Working With Children Check (P- Status)
