Children Football Coach (Soccer)

Be part of Football Star Academy’s mission to inspire and develop young footballers across WA!

We’re expanding our high-quality football programs in Hilton, Kardinya and Yangebup, and we’re looking for experienced and passionate coaches to lead weekly after-school and weekend sessions for children aged 5–12.

If you're a coach who thrives in a fun, structured environment and genuinely connects with primary-aged kids, we want to hear from you!

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 2 years coaching experience with children aged 6–12
• Strong communication and engagement skills with young players
• Relevant Australian coaching qualifications (FFA Youth C Licence, Football West Community/Foundation, etc.) or equivalent
• Background in NPL, State League, or other competitive levels is highly valued
• Degree or Cert III in Sport Coaching, PE, or a related field (or currently studying)
• Professional, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality sessions

Location & Availability:

• Sessions held in Hilton, Kardinya & Yangebup
• Preferably available for two or more weekday afternoons (Mon–Fri) or Saturday mornings

Additional Requirements:

• Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
• Police Check (or willing to obtain)
• Valid First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
• Driver’s license and reliable personal transport (some equipment transport required)
• Willing to wear and maintain the provided FSA coaching uniform
