We’re currently looking for a Casual Pass Master to work approximately 20 hours per week, helping us deliver seamless, high-energy service during our busiest periods.

About the Role:

As a Pass Master, you’re the crucial link between the kitchen and front-of-house. You’ll manage the pass, ensure dishes are presented and delivered promptly, and help maintain calm, coordinated service across every shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicating clearly between kitchen and FOH teams
  • Managing the timing and flow of dishes during service
  • Quality checking plates before they hit the floor
  • Keeping the pass area clean, organised, and efficient
  • Supporting the team to deliver memorable guest experiences

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Experience in a similar role or fast-paced restaurant setting (preferred)
  • A calm, confident presence during peak service
  • Attention to detail and high standards of presentation
  • A team player who thrives under pressure

Pay: $31.23 – $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
